Refund policy

AMD Training is a Hands-On Clinical Training and our courses are dependent on registrations, weather, local issues and more.

Course dates/locations are subject to change/cancel and we will give as much advanced warning as possible.  This can happen due to Acts of God, emergency situations, low registration rates and other possibilities that may be unseen until they happen.  We will not issue a refund due to course date/locations changing or canceling. 

No refunds are offered for AMD Training without express written determination from both Dr. Felix Liao and Denise Neumann

 

For the courses Outside the Continental US: 

Your registration represents a contract to show up at the time and place for AMD Training.

Registrant can request a half refund if he/she decides to withdraw at the end of day one and not return. But only after day one.  If you continue with a second/third, etc., day, there will be no refunds.

No refund after the seminar is completed

No refund if the registrar fails to appear at the time and place announced in the registration notice.

Should there be an act of God preventing the scheduled training to take place as scheduled, the event will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
